FFS (Form, Filling and Sealing) VANDAD SERIES
دستگاه بسته بندی FFS تمام مراحل بسته بندی کیسه ها را شامل Fill، Form و Seal به صورت کاملا اتوماتیک انجام می دهد. رول پلاستیک وارد دستگاه شده و به طول مشخص برش خورده و دوخت پایین کیسه انجام می شود. سپس کیسه از محصول، پر شده و دوخت بالای کیسه انجام می شود. دستگاه FFS Vandad می تواند تا ظرفیت 2000 کیسه 25 کیلوگرمی در ساعت را بسته بندی کند. عملکرد آسان، تعمیر و نگهداری راحت و قابلیت اطمینان بالا از ویژگی های این دستگاه به شمار می رود.
The FFs Vandad Bag machine performs all stages of bagging, including Form, Fill, and Seal, completely automatically. The plastic roll enters the machine, is cut to a specified length, and the bottom of the bag is sealed. Subsequently, the bag is filled with the product, and the top of the bag is sealed. The FFS Vandad machine can package up to 2000 bags of 25 kilograms each per hour. Easy operation, easy maintenance and repair, and high reliability are among the key features of this machine.َ

PALLETIZER - BATIS
دستگاه پالتایزر BATIS-PA عملیات چیدمان کیسه ها را بر روی پالت با دقت و سرعت بالا به صورت کاملا اتوماتیک انجام می دهد. این دستگاه می تواند از 10 تا 60 پالت در ساعت را چیدمان نماید که هر پالت می تواند شامل 60 عدد کیسه 25 کیلوگرمی باشد. با توجه به تجربیات مناسب این شرکت در زمینه مهندسی معکوس و ساخت قطعات یدکی برندهای خارجی این دستگاه و استفاده از تجربیات شرکت های مختلف پتروشیمی و نظرات تیم های برجسته تعمیرات این شرکت ها، مشکلات موجود در نمونه های خارجی این دستگاه را به حداقل رسانده ایم.
The BATIS-PA palletizer machine efficiently and automatically arranges bags on pallets with precision and high speed. This machine can palletize from 10 to 60 pallets per hour, and each pallet can accommodate 60 bags, each weighing 25 kilograms. Leveraging the company’s substantial experience in reverse engineering manufacturing spare parts for foreign brands, as well as drawing from the insights gained from various petrochemical companies and feedback from prominent repair teams, we have minimized the existing issued in the foreign models of this machine.

SHRINK & STRETCH (BATIS SH/ST)
دستگاه شرینک BATIS-SH / استرچ BATIS-ST / عملیات کاورینگ پلاستیک را روی پالت انجام می دهد. این عملیات با نهایت دقت و سرعت انجام شده و امکان شرینک 10 تا 60 پالت در ساعت توسط این دستگاه وجود دارد.
از ویژگی های این دستگاه می توان به این موارد اشاره کرد: قابلیت کار با انواع فیلم ها، توانایی کار در محدوده ضخامتی 60 الی 150 میکرون، بسته بندی مقرون به صرفه با دقت و کیفیت بالا
