In this regard, the Automation Department of Afra Vandad Iranian Company, equipped with experienced specialists and graduates from top universities in the country, and employing state-of-the-art software in this field, has been actively engaged in extensive activities related to the design and improvement of packaging processes and systems in the petrochemical industries. The department provides innovative and creative solutions based on advancements in equipment and instruments in this sector.
The overall activities of the Automation and Instrumentation Department include:
– Identification of all components of a packaging system
– Design of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic schematics
– Programming based on logical diagrams for devices including PLC, HMI, drives, and peripheral equipment requiring programming
– Commissioning of drives and peripheral equipment of the machine, installation of all control and precision instruments, electrical and hydraulic systems, and testing
– Commissioning of the machine and execution of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
